How the White Elephant Style Swap Works

  1. RSVP for $10 — you’ll get a confirmation email + tote pick-up details.

  2. Install HangRr — set up your profile and upload a few wardrobe items.

  3. Check In at the Party — your 10 credits are added to your HangRr account within 2 days after check-in.

  4. Bring 1–3 Items — accessories or small clothing items (clean, good condition) inside your HangRr tote.

  5. Swap Time!

    • Everyone places their items in the swap zone.

    • Guests draw to unwrap a surprise item—or steal (White Elephant rules).

    • Share your AI-generated outfit look cards to inspire trades and new friendships.

What to Bring

  • ✅ Accessories: scarves, belts, hats, jewelry, ties

  • ✅ Small clothing items: tees, light tops, skirts (clean, excellent condition)

  • ❌ No heavily worn, damaged, stained, or bulky items (coats, boots, etc.)

Is my $10 RSVP refundable?
RSVPs are non-refundable but transferrable. Can’t make it? Gift your spot to a friend.

When do I get my 10 credits?
Credits are added within 2 days after you check in at the party.

Do I have to pick up my tote early?
No—early pick-up is optional. You can also receive your tote at the party.

Can I come without bringing an item?
Yes, but swapping is more fun when you contribute. We recommend 1–3 items.

How do I know the time and venue?
We email all RSVPs and post updates on Lu.ma. Make sure notifications are on.
