Dressing for a Fourth of July Getaway

The Fourth of July is coming! That means fireworks food, family and fun. The Fourth of July can also be a little nerve-wracking, especially if you are going on a vacation and don’t know what to wear. Don’t worry though, having a few style tips can make picking your clothes a lot simpler. Here’s how to dress for a beach getaway for the Fourth of July.

On the Fourth of July, it’s important to be comfortable, as you may have a lot of activities planned for the day. When you go to the beach, you have to have a pair of shorts; you don’t want to risk sweating or getting sand on a pair of pants. Another essential is a short-sleeved shirt. Nothing long-sleeved to avoid the heat. Since most of the fireworks happen in the evening, you can also bring a hoodie and a beanie. The beanie or the hoodie is a useful piece of clothing depending on how chilly those summer beach nights are.

The great thing about this outfit is that all of these pieces can be reused to create other outfits. You can literally pair any other shirt with the shorts to make another casual outfit. You can pair the shirt with a pair of jeans or other bottoms. The beanie and the hoodie can be saved for when the weather gets colder as well.

What clothes would you bring with you to the beach? What do you think of the outfit posted? Tell us what you think below!

On July 2nd, you can visit the shop for a personalized shopping experience, to try on the pieces with friends and brainstorm more outfit ideas.
